In Benin 2 London, Greo dives into the heart of the migration narrative, capturing the “double life” many Nigerians live, rooted in the rhythms of Benin City while navigating the pulse of London’s urban landscape. He explains:

“This EP is all about unveiling the alternative sound from Benin, fusing the traditional echoes of home with the urban influences I’ve soaked up in London’s bars and pubs. It’s about telling our migration story through music and featuring voices like Gelna, Mxta Will, and Rho who share that journey.”

With each track, Greo paints a vivid picture of what it means to bridge two worlds. The EP artwork itself reflects this journey, symbolising the fusion of Benin’s rich heritage with the iconic imagery of London.
