Punk Inspired Local Rock Sounds from Darryl Alan Marks

Independent South African musician and film maker, Darryl Alan Marks, has launched his debut album, ‘Love Sex Freedom Fire’, as well as the first single from the album

This single is inspired by rock and Punk legends like Malcolm Mclaren, pushing boundaries in sound and attitude.

This is a true indie project as Marks states he has created everything himself, With no additional song writers, no directors, no animators, no special effects crews, no sound engineers, and no labels.

Accompanying the single, he has launched a ‘No Glasses Needed’ 3D Music Video.

‘Love Sex Freedom Fire’ is Darryl Alan Mark’s debut album and it covers a range of different songs, from big, ballsy rock songs, to anthemic pop/rock songs, to slow, delicate love songs, to mournful ballads, to experimental rock and pop songs different from what has been heard before.

It is an album about love… Loss… Life… Light… Lust… Sex… Power… Energy… Revolution… Adrenaline…Fantasy… Angels… Demons… Truth… Desire… And everything in between…”

The album is available through iTunes, Google Play, AmazonMP3, as well as on the website, and other retail outlets.
